Technology Support for Student Devices

If your child received a take-home device from Southeast DREAMS Magnet, tech support is available to you throughout the school closures. If you have any issues related to the device that was sent home, including but not limited to:

  • The device my child received is not turning on

  • I am having trouble connecting the device to our internet

  • We have been unsuccessful in accessing Schoology on this device (but it works on my phone)

  • etc…
